Delivery & Refunds

How to order
Make sure that you are logged into our website www.waterprooflab.co.za, you will need to register if you do not already have an account. When you place your order make sure you select the correct shipping option and confirm the delivery details at checkout.

Shipping/Arrival Time
Orders are shipped, on average, within 10-15 working days from the time that the order is placed. Therefore your orders should be received within 3-4 weeks from the time that you place your order.

Payment/Credit
Credit card: we accept all major credit cards. There is an area on our site whereby you can give us your credit card information to use for all of your drop ship orders.

Returns
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.

We cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Once we receive a return from you or your customer (with all of the proper information), we will credit your account and notify you. It is your responsibility to notify your customer that the product has been successfully returned and it is your responsibility to credit your customer.

Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please send an email to support@waterprooflab.co.za within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, waterprooflab.co.za is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

Fraudulent Orders
Waterprooflab.co.za is not responsible for fraudulent dropship orders. It is the responsibility of our customers to verify billing information before placing the order.

Orders Not Received
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, waterprooflab.co.za is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit our drop shipper. We will pursue a claim with our shipping partner on behalf of the drop shipper that UPS didn’t deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from our courier partner, we will credit the drop shippers’ account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that the courier partner will accept our claim.
If waterprooflab.co.za determines that there was in fact product missing from the package, we will credit our drop shippers’ account immediately.

Damaged Product Claims
Each drop ship package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, the customer may file a claim with us to investigate the situation.

The claim process is below:
After receiving the claim, waterprooflab.co.za, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with our courier partner on behalf of the customer, that our courier partner didn’t deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from our courier partner, we will credit the customer’s account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that our courier partner will accept our claim.

Taxes
We do not collect sales tax for wholesale and drop ship orders. Please consult your accountant or tax specialist to make sure you are collecting and paying your sales tax appropriately.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is not in stock, it will be indicated in our store and not available for purchase. If a specific order cannot be completed in full. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card. It is your responsibility to contact and credit your customer.
